Refund & Payment Policy

1. General
All transactions are shown in the user dashboard. Legal details of the owner are provided upon request.
2. Top-ups
- Funds may be added via supported payment systems.
- Fees charged by payment providers are outside our control.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are possible only for unused funds on balance and if no Terms violations or AML restrictions apply.
- Submit requests to support@hzpaypro.com with account ID and transaction ID.
- Processing: up to 14 business days; crediting depends on the payment system/bank.
- Provider fees and our expenses are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated, we may provide evidence of services to the payment provider, deduct related costs, and restrict the account until resolved.
5. Anti-Fraud
Suspicious transactions may be delayed pending verification. We may request documents to confirm user identity and source of funds.
