1. Definitions

“Service” means hzpaypro.com; “User” means any individual or entity registering an account.

2. Acceptance

By registering, logging in, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

3. Account

• Users must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Users are responsible for account security and must notify us of suspicious activity.

4. Permitted Use

• No fraud, money laundering, spoofing payments, spam, malware, or attempts to bypass security.
• No use of the Service in violation of applicable laws.

5. Balance & Fees

• Top-ups and deductions are reflected in the account dashboard.
• Fees may apply and will be shown before confirmation.

6. KYC/AML

We may request identity documents or suspend transactions until verification is completed.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by providers, payment gateways, or force majeure.
• Total liability is limited to the balance held immediately before the incident, unless required otherwise by law.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if rules are violated, AML/KYC risks exist, or as required by law.

9. Disputes

Submit complaints to support@hzpaypro.com. If unresolved, disputes are handled in the jurisdiction of the Service owner (details provided upon request), unless mandatory law states otherwise.

10. Governing Law

Applicable law is the jurisdiction of the Service owner. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Updates

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
